  • Inspection: All returned items will be inspected before the refund is approved.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Special sale or discounted items (including clearance products).
  • Items reported outside the eligible return period.

Restocking Fee

 

  • Applicable Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returns that are not due to damage, defects, or errors on our part.
  • Exemptions: This fee does not apply to defective or damaged products.

  • Bank Processing: Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies.

Shipping Costs

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
